Back in the Saddle

I went to my first spinning class last night since I left Utah in (Jan 08). Needless to say it's been a while...

I hope to return to another class...but prob not until next week. I am happy that I am able to work out again! And that I have time too...I hope to keep up the good work!

Conquering Fears

My Doc insisted that they take blood during my last visit. Some of you may know that needles have never been my friend...HOWEVER the last three times I got my blood taken I have (a) not cried and (b) not fainted!!!! Miracle, I think so!

The bad news is I have an ear infection. Yes, I am 23 and have an ear infection. The doc gave me some meds so all is well.

Stupi-Shut-Freakin-Butt...It's Ashbabe's Birthday!

To a girl who has never had a hard time making me laugh! Whether we are having a race to see how many orange danishes we can eat or doing our grandma run contest--it's always a good time. Also one of the biggest and brightest things we have in common is our love for SODA! How I treasure that likeness. Ash, thanks for always letting me be the permanent third wheel fixture in your marriage...while I was flying solo in Az! Hope it's a Happy 24th!
